Custom Work
Each song is created for an individual customer's brief. Because production time begins on custom digital work, cancellation and refund eligibility can depend on whether production has started.
Before Production Begins
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Requests received before production begins can be reviewed for cancellation and refund eligibility.
After Production Begins
Once custom production has begun, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. We will first work within the revision allowance included with the purchased package to address reasonable changes related to the original brief.
Revisions
The number of included revisions is shown with each package. Requests that replace the original concept, story or style may be treated as a new project rather than a revision.
Technical Problems
If a delivered file is corrupt or cannot be downloaded, contact us so we can replace or re-deliver the file.
