Custom Digital Service
DEA Music Production provides custom AI-assisted music production based on customer-submitted creative direction. Finished output may include lyrics, vocals, instrumentation and a downloadable audio file depending on the selected package.
Customer Content
You are responsible for having the right to submit names, text, images, recordings or other reference material you provide. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights.
Revisions
Revision allowances are determined by the package purchased. Revision requests should relate to the original creative brief. A substantially new concept may require a new order.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines unless DEA Music Production expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Commercial Use
Commercial-use rights are included only where the purchased package or written order terms expressly state that commercial use is included. Customers are responsible for ensuring their intended distribution platform or use complies with applicable third-party rules.
AI-Assisted Production
Customers acknowledge that artificial-intelligence tools may be used as part of the creative and production workflow and that results can vary between generations.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. Orders may not enter production until required payment is confirmed.
